DISCLAIMER:
All information you find on the Obese Release Asia website was done through vigorous research, but I also include my own opinions and experience on any discussed topic. My opinion may differ from your opinion. Keep this in mind. Regardless of opinion, do not forget that I have achieved amazing results by following the principles discussed throughout the website and on my program. Simply put, regardless of our opinions, the results speak for themselves.
WHAT IS A TRADITIONAL DIET AND WEIGHT LOSS ROUTINE?
In my opinion, a traditional diet and weight loss routine is what literally 90% of the programs you find consist of. They claim that by restricting or cutting calories and exercising, you can lose weight. Now is that true? Absolutely yes! There are, however, a great deal of exceptions to that rule.
The focus of this style of weight loss is almost purely: “Calories In VS Calories Out.”
What does this mean? Simply that you have to burn more calories than you are consuming. Once you are in this deficit, then you will lose weight.
Now in my opinion, this methodology has some major flaws:
1. Your body is an extremely efficient machine, and will lower your metabolism in order to match your calorie consumption. So while you may lose weight initially, this dramatically slows down, and you may even gain weight after a while, unless you continue to cut your calories lower and lower, while increasing your exercise further. This is why so many people bounce back and ‘rebound’ from their diet programs and end up being even heavier or fatter than they were before they began the program!
2. This style of weight loss does not tackle addictions. It tries to cure the symptoms vs curing the actual problem. Most people gain weight due to a multitude of factors, including our body type, genetics, lifestyle, diet, lack of exercise, bad decisions etc. While all this is true, what people don’t seem to address is how we end up getting addicted to foods, particularly those high in sugar. Sugar is an extremely addictive substance and becoming a sugar addict is almost a surefire route to obesity and other related health issues.
3. The traditional types of weight loss methods seem to totally forget that almost everything in our body is controlled by hormones. If our hormones are unbalanced, we will become obese.
DOES IT WORK FOR OBESE OR MORBIDLY OBESE PEOPLE?
An obese person’s body is usually too damaged to succeed using these traditional methods, unless they spend years of constant hardcore dedication to dieting and exercise. Is it possible? Yes. Is it possible? NO! Some great examples of obese people who dramatically lost weight and transformed their bodies using the traditional methods are in the pictures below:
So my point is very simple. If you are obese or morbidly obese, unless you sincerely believe you have the determination, dedication and discipline to constantly diet and exercise each day for years on end, then the traditional methods will not work for you.
Furthermore, you may not have given up your addictions along the way either, or tackled the major hormone imbalances in your body. Thus you may sadly rebound even after losing all the weight.
A great example of this is what happened to the contestants of The Biggest Loser show. While they lost a dramatic amount of weight by pushing themselves and their bodies to the limit, the majority of the contestants are now obese once more!
